The presentation will then discuss the synergy of resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and strategic nutrition in maximizing fat loss and preserving muscle mass, providing practical tips for integrating these components. It will discuss the muscle's importance in preventing rebound weight gain, strategies for strength training and maintaining a balanced eating post-diet. 

A brief update on obesity medications, particularly Semaglutide and what we need to know, why despite that various medical treatments are effective for severe obesity, lifestyle changes still remain the primary solution for sustainable fat loss.
