Dr. Campbell is a Professor and Director of the Performance & Physique Enhancement Laboratory at the University of South Florida. His research focuses on improving exercise performance and physique enhancement within a maintainable lifestyle. His pioneering research includes dietary protein intakes to optimize body composition, rapid fat loss strategies, and diet breaks for physique athletes and bodybuilders.
Dr. Campbell has authored 3 books on sports nutrition, is the author of over 200 scientific abstracts and manuscripts on topics related to sports nutrition, physique enhancement, and exercise performance, and is the past President of the International Society of Sports Nutrition and an expert legal consultant for the dietary supplement industry.

Dr. Kalman is a Co-founder of The
International Society of Sports Nutrition, a Co-editor of the JISSN, a
researcher and educator. He is currently an Adjunct Professor teaching Sports
Nutrition and Sports Supplements in the Exercise Sciences Department at Nova
Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. He has been involved in many
clinical trials and projects within the pharmaceutical, medical and exercise -
nutrition related fields.
He has published over 75 abstracts and more than 40
peer-reviewed manuscripts.
Dr. Kalman has worked with Olympic
Athlete’s for Winter and Summer sports. He has also worked with professional
athlete’s in MLB, NFL and NBA. Dr. Kalman, trains athletes in combat sports,
collegiate athletes and teams as well as Nike’s Elite Distance Racing Team,
Oregon Project.
Dr. Kalman has edited four academic
textbooks, contributed to more than five academic textbooks as well as two
“popular press” books.
He has been interviewed on various media outlets such as
NBC, MSNBC, CBS Evening News, CNN, Discovery Channel plus others along with a
host of radio shows.
Cheryl has been working with national athletes from a wide spectrum of
sports, including water polo, Silat and canoe, since 2012.
She graduated with a Bachelors of Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders
University in South Australia, and a Masters in Science (Research) from the
National Institute of Education, Singapore.
She has published in the Journal of Science in Sport and Exercise and
the Journal of High Performance Sport on weight loss methods in Singapore silat exponents and Japanese wrestlers.
Fuelled by her love for food and cooking, Cheryl has a special interest in the
behavioural aspects of nutrition in athletes and is an advocate for mindfulness
and intuitive eating.
Joan is a multifaceted figure in the fitness world, serving as both a personal training coach and a professional bodybuilder in the esteemed IFBB Pro League. Her journey into fitness ignited at a young age of 8, evolving into dedicated bodybuilding training by 17.
Notably, she claimed victory at the Women Asian Bodybuilding Championship, solidifying her status as a force in the sport. Joan's prowess extended internationally, competing in prestigious events like the NPC and Arnold’s Classic in Ohio, Columbus, showcasing her skills on a global stage. Her achievements include clinching the Women Physique title in both 2014 and 2016, marking her as the first Singaporean athlete to earn the esteemed IFBB Pro Card in 2017.
Beyond her achievements in competition, Joan's career trajectory reflects a commitment to leadership and innovation in the fitness industry. Transitioning from an instructor to a Fitness Manager, she directed a team of 30 trainers and offered consultancy services to True Fitness in Malaysia. In 2005, she founded Fitness Factory, a boutique gym dedicated to preventive healthcare through personalized fitness solutions.

Dr Ida Ismail-Pratt is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist. Her passion lies in cervical cancer prevention and safe pregnancy and childbirth.Dr. Ida graduated from Glasgow University in 1997. She obtained her specialist accreditation (MRCOG UK) in 2010 and was awarded the fellowship in RCOG (FRCOG UK) in October 2023 for her contributions to obstetrics & gynaecology.
Dr. Ida is an accredited colposcopist with the British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP) and a certified colposcopist with the Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology Singapore (SCCPS). She is currently the President of SCCPS.Formerly based in Scotland, United Kingdom, Dr. Ida came to Singapore in 2013, where she joined the O&G Department at National University Hospital (NUH) as the lead colposcopist and streamlined the colposcopy and gynaecological cancer screening and prevention service in NUH.Dr Ida also championed the introduction of the HPV DNA test in NUH in 2014. Under Dr Ida’s leadership, NUH was the first hospital to introduce HPV Primary Screening in Singapore. Her work in HPV DNA test in NUH led to her being elected as Co-Chair for the Cervical Screen Singapore Implementation group, given the responsibility to update the national cervical cancer screening guideline and implementing HPV test as part of the national guideline.Dr Ida is also known internationally as an expert in HPV-related diseases.
She co-created and is currently the co-director of the International Gynaecology Cancer Society (IGCS) Preinvasive Certificate Program, training doctors globally in cervical cancer prevention, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. She leads the Project ECHO meeting for the International Papillomavirus Society (IPVS), which gives a platform for doctors globally to seek advice from experts on managing HPV-related diseases. She is also the Secretary and founding member of the Asia Pacific HPV Coalition, a recognised group of selected experts in HPV-related diseases, improving access to cervical cancer prevention in the Asia Pacific through research and advocacy.
